How do I find community?

Your first step towards walking in community with others is to attend or listen to our Community Formation Class! This class is designed to cast vision for the kind of life-on-life communities we believe God is calling us to build—marked by lots of Gospel, lots of safety, and lots of time.

You’ll learn what this kind of community looks like and be invited into clear next steps for joining or helping start one. This will be followed by Community Launch, where those interested in beginning a group will be equipped with practical training.

Become a member.

Becoming a member of a local church is an important step—not just for you, but for our pastors and the whole church—because it brings clarity about who is meaningfully committed to this body. That clarity allows us to know you more personally and care for you more faithfully, helping protect both you and the
broader community. That's why we require membership for life groups.
Why does membership matter for life groups?
Our community groups are intentionally deep and relational, built on trust, vulnerability, and spiritual care. Because of that, we want a foundation of relationship and pastoral oversight in place first. Without that, those spaces could unintentionally become unhealthy rather than helpful. So requiring membership alongside community isn’t about creating barriers—it’s an invitation into something deeper. It’s a way of saying, “I’m here,” and opening yourself to being known, cared for, and shepherded well. At its core, membership simply defines the relationship and clarifies the shared commitment that helps these communities remain safe, meaningful, and Christ-centered.
